How to Remember Your Dreams Tonight ?

Before you learn lucid dreaming techniques first you need to remember your dreams. If you want to learn lucid dreams then remember your dreams is necessary . Unless you remember two or three of your dreams, you are unlikely to have many lucid dreams. 

There are two reasons for this. First, without recall, even if you do have a lucid dream, you won’t remember it. Good dream recall is crucial, because to become lucid you have to recognize that your dream is a dream.

 Dreams in general seem like real life, with certain notable exceptions. You need to collect all of your dreams and analyze them for dreamlike elements. Before it will be worth your time to work on lucid dream induction methods, you should be able to recall at least one or two dreams every night.

If you find that you sleep too deeply to awaken from your dreams, you can try to set an alarm clock to awaken you at a time when you are likely to be dreaming. Now you have awake yourself when REM phases starts.  REM periods occur at approximately ninety-minute intervals. Aim for the later REM periods by setting the alarm to go off at four and a half,or six, hours after you go to sleep.

We have to make the mindset that dreams are important.  Slowly slowly your mind starts to note them and remember them. there are many benefits of remembering your dreams remembring your dreams helps to experience vivid and meaningful dreams.

In the beginning, we practise to remember our dreams after some time you will able to remember all your dreams and every little detail of your dreams. 
Actually during sleep we dreams and after awakening we forget. Dreams are stored in unconscious mind but with practices we actually strength our unconscious mind, this will help to increase the memory power.  Same whatever we try to remember those studies stored in deepness of unconscious mind. 
At the time we feel difficulty to recall our them.  But with remembering your dreams increase memory power,and it also helps to remember astral travel experiences and other meditation experience .
Some peoples find difficulty to recall their dreams but dont worry i am sharing with your  best method to recall your dreams.

(By the way, when i started lucid dreaming, i don't felt difficulty about recalling dreams. from the young age, I actually remembered my dreams easily 
without any methods. That's why I didn't have any difficulty in learning lucid dreams).

Keeping a dream journal
Get a notebook or diary for writing down your dreams.
Now when you go to sleep Place it by your bedside bed and remind yourself of your intention to write down dreams.
Set an alarm to wake you up 5 hours after your sleep.  Now we have to wake up two or three times in the 8 hours of sleep.  such as if you sleep at 10pm set an alarm 4am Get up at 4 o'clock in the morning, recall the dreams and set an alarm again 6am this way you can recall at least 2 3 or more of your dreams.

How to Recall the Dreams ?
When sleeping give affirmations to yourself again and again. I will remember all of my dreams.
I will remember every single detail of my dreams say in mind again and again
The affirmations should be the last thing after your sleep,loose awareness. 

When the alarm goes off, The alarm should be such that it wakes you up and then and then sets itself at a set time 
automatically. you can use your phone also. If your phone has such a feature.
Now when alarm wake you up, stay still try to remember What were you dreaming,what was the last thing. if anyting comes in your mind, Record it and try to remember more. and then go to sleep again for the next awakening again when sleeping give the same affirmations to yourself. I will remember my dreams etc..

You can either write out the entire dream upon awakening or Record your voice and write it down in your notebook when you wake up. 

It is not difficult i hope you will remember your dreams with this method. this is very effective method.
