For Beginners

Best Visualization Meditation

This is another Best Visualization Meditation there are Many Visualization Meditation benefits.

This Meditation is best for Mind's Eye (Imagination Power) and Spiritual Eye (Third Eye).
When Meditators Meditate they sometime Shifts there Reality, beginners finds a bit hard to do this Particular Meditation in the beginning. but this increase Visualization Power and Creativity.
This is also Called Creative Visualization Meditation.

When you master it you Can then Shift your Reality, Create your fantasy world in your Mind's eye easily anytime.
If you have your master or guru to connect with your Master Spiritually i prefer this One Meditation .

What happens when Meditator Meditate they become immersed in his Master or Guru and they Receive Powerful energies, Spirituality directly from their Master.
If you haven't any master or guru you can do this too by Visualization a simple image or a Visual Scene.
Choosing A Scene Or Image
Before you begin choose a simple image Such as (A Image of Red Rose, image of the Blue Sky or the Moon)or a Visual Scene Such as (A Scene of Sun Rise, Scene of a beautiful garden, Scene of the blue Sky).
Choosing the blue Sky image or Scene is good Option.
This one helps to increase Creativity and easy to imagine whatever you Choose, Scene or image must be short and Simple and easy.

Creative Visualization Meditation

                          How to do Visualization Meditation
  • Choose a Place where you Meditate and don't get disturbed for Some time.
  • Sit down on the floor or chair, back position Should be Straight.
  • Take a few deep breaths to settle down and Slow your Brain activity a bit.
  • Take In breath ...... Hold for 5 Sec..... And take out breath or exhale.
  • Do the same for 5 times and Come to next step.
  • Close your eyes, its best to Cover your eyes with black Blindfold because when we Visualize a Image or Scene our eye balls moves fast and so the Scene disappear quickly and that Can ruin our Visualization Process.
  • Beginners may find it difficult, so cover your eyes if you have black blindfold, otherwise take a Simple black Cloth cover your eyes not so tightly but lightly.
  • Ok now visualize or imagine a scene or image of  beautiful blue Sky see it in your Mind's eye. your Mind's eye is somewhere above the eyes (i think we visualize through Spiritual Third eye. therefore, imagination is closely related to the third eye). Anyways, Imagine how the sky is blue, how beautiful it is.  think every thing about the Blue Sky all the time.
  • In the beginning you will see image and Scene appears and fades so fast just in Seconds, don't worry imagine again you have to imagine again and again.
  • Tip: (I have found myself that moving images or scene last longer exp: imagine a red rose moving lightly as the wind flows to it or imagine a beautiful blue Sky and Clouds are moving Slowly).
  • Moving images and Scenes last longer and easy to Visualize.
  • Experiment with yourself Close you eyes imagine a Glass full of Water you can't hold this image, image will fades fast.
  • Now imagine a same glass full of Water but the Water is flowing down. Or imagine a Red Rose, Can you hold it No ok Now imagine again A Red Rose is moving and the wind is blowing towards it. Experiment it and Comment me.
This Meditation is simple but very powerful it Can triggers Spiritual Eye (Third Eye Chakra).
When i was beginner i used to do this Meditation as much as possible at that time .
