How to lucid dream step by step

WILD (Wake Initiated Lucid Dream)

Some people find this technique difficult, because we have relax deeply our body mind and enter in the sleep dream state without loosing awareness.

Through this technique we fall asleep consciously. This involves maintaining consciousness, while wakefulness and allowing direct entry into the dream state. While falling asleep, you can focus any one of them, you can focus on hypnagogic imagery, deliberate visualizations, your breath or heartbeat, the sensations in your body, and so on. If you keep the mind aware and active, while entering in REM sleep, you feel your body fall asleep, but your consciousness, remains awake and you will find yourself in the dream world with full lucidity.

How to lucid dream Using WILD 
  • 1:- Go to bed, lie down on your bed, relax yourself deeply release all the tensions from the every muscle of your body, you can use progressive relaxation technique to enter in deep state.  When you relaxed yourself deeply come to next
  • 2:- Now you have to mantain your awareness by Hypnagogic imagery,breathing,visualization,heartbeat etc.. 
  • Relax yourself deeply and then choose a method. Hypnagogic imagery and Breath Body methods are given below. 
WILD (Hynagogic Imagery) 
  • Gently focus your attention on imagery, behind your closed eyes ( you can see Hypnagogic imagery, when you relax yourself deeply enough). You may see patterns,flashes,colors,images etc..
  • The process goes like : First you may see dots patterns and then colors, and then now  images starts to appear in the mind's eyes, meaningful images or unmeaningful. 
  • Whatever is you have to just observe them, after some time, the scenes may appear and then dreams  (Short dreams scenes) and then at the end you will find your self in the dream scene. You will feel drawn to the dream. It feels like a pulling sensation, as consciousness is pulled to dream scene. You will find yourself in the lucid dream, fully lucid.
Note : When images starts to appear don't move your eye balls, allow the images to appear, try to observe the images as deliberately, observe the imagery like watching the Tv, do not hold the images. If you did, the images will disappear and the process will starts from the beginning. thats why it is challenging. 

WILD (Body And Breath)
  • 1: Relax deeply now scan your body from toe to head, scan every point feets,legs,knees,thigh's,belly,chest,neck face,head etc..
  • 2: Once you have scanned your body, Focus on breathing inhaling and exhaling. become aware of your body,feel the heaviness. Hold your entire body within your awareness.
  • 3: If you feel yourself blacking out, just bring your focus back to the sensations of the body and breath.
  • 4: At some point you may actually feel the body paralysis, that is sign of REM sleep.
(Don't get scared it is normal. You may hear voices (it is sign that you are on the doorway of the dream) and may see the dream scenes behind your closed eyes.  
You can enter in dream by watching scenes behind closed eyes or you sleep, you will find yourself in fully fleshed lucid dream.
