How To Meditate For Beginners ? Sit back and relax because i am going to talk about how to do Meditation .how to do simple easy meditation,and how to Meditate in bed.

Start with Simple Meditation.
- Choose a Comfortable room put away all the distractions like your Phone,laptop etc..
- Sit down cross-legged or whatever position your choose . your back position Should be straight it helps to remain aware and awake. if you have problem with sitting or your do not sit for some reason i have Shared how to meditate in bed method for you here in this article.
- Take a few to slow down your mind and brain activity we take few belly breaths
- Take a deep In- breath through your nose hold 5 second and take Out-Breath through your mouth.
- Take 5 deep breaths now your mind is a bit calm and your brain activity reduced a bit.
- Close your eyes now inhale slowly through your nose and exhale through your nose or mouth Remember : breath Should be slow shallow and deep.
- Feel the breath when you inhale how your belly expand and when you exhale feel it became aware of it notice when you inhale feel breath is going inside and when exhale how the breath comes out .
- When you exhale, make your lips Rounded shape.
- Do this Meditation for 5 min or prolong if you want . you can imagine your breath as white bright light to go in deep meditative state.
How to Meditate in Bed
Some Peoples Can't Sit Because of back pain and Can't Sit because of legs sleep they can Sit Only 3 to 5 min.
In the Meditation when they focus on breathing but their focus Shifts to the back pain or to legs etc..
If you have problem with your back or you Can't sit for 5 min, don't worry Meditation can be done while lying in bed .
How to Meditate in bed
- Lie down in your bed. Bed should be Comfortable enough If you are afraid of sleep.
- Raise the Pillow a little or take two pillows Now lift them up slightly on the bed, not straight
- Lie down take a few deep breaths inhale deeply through your nose hold 5 sec and exhale through your mouth .take 5 breaths like this.
- Close your eyes Inhale through your nose ....exhale through your mouth or nose , Notice your every breath see how your belly and chest expand when you inhale and see how your chest and belly comes down when you exhale become aware of your body and breath.
- Check and Feel If any tension in your Body muscles, imagine tension flows away when you exhale
- You can imagine your breath as white bright light to go in deep .
- Do this Meditation for 5 min prolong it if you want .
